Time for reflection seems rare these days.  I used to dedicate at least a half hour each day for quiet time but I have not managed it lately.  When I heard this quote at church service recently, I had to note it.

We feed our stomachs for nourishment and we feed our hearts for love–but our soul? I admit that I sometimes forget.  This quote serves as a good reminder for me to keep things in perspective.
