Welcome to the new home of Lemons & Anchovies! I’m very excited to have you here. It has taken two years to get here but finally most of the boxes have been unpacked and the pots and pans put away. A few more things need to be put in place but the most important thing is that I’m very happy to finally be here.

A special thanks goes to Amy of Kimchi Mom for making all this happen. She delivered on every single one of my requests for this site and beyond. In short, she rocks.

Please feel free to have a look around–most things remain the same but I’ve added a couple of features that I hope you will like, too. Besides a new Home page, I’ve also added a Recipe page to make it easier for you to see my recipe collection. A page titled “Etcetera” will be dedicated to posts that depart a bit from the main focus of this blog. Whereas the main blog page represents my kitchen, the Etcetera page will be my virtual all-purpose room where travel, shopping and just general musings will fill its pages. Please make yourself comfortable there, too.

You will also see a Testimonials page. I appreciate so much the positive feedback you’ve given me on the dishes you’ve tried and enjoyed that I thought it would be fun to have a special place for them on this blog. Coming soon.

Finally, besides March 17 being St. Patrick’s Day, it will also be my second blog anniversary. I will have a treat to share tomorrow but until then, please make yourselves at home!
