2-3tablespoonsgrated Parmigiano Reggiano
1tablespoonmayonnaiseI use Vegenaise, can't tell the difference
2tbspmilk
1garlic cloveminced
1teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1/4lbcrabmeatflaked
3ouncescooked small bay shrimp
1/2cupchopped celery
Instructions
Process cheeses, mayo milk, garlic, Worcestershire and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in the crab, shrimp and celery. Best if covered and refrigerated for a few hours before serving.
