Got leftover wonton wrappers? Turn them into these flavorful chips in just minutes. With Parmesan cheese and black pepper, might as well call them cacio e pepe chips!
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut your wonton wrappers in two diagonally. Lightly spray the parchment paper on the baking sheet with cooking spray, lay the wonton wrappers and spray again. Grate Parmesan cheese over the wrappers followed by black pepper. Bake for six to eight minutes, rotating halfway if your oven bakes unevenly. The wonton chips are done when they're lightly golden. Take them out of the oven and enjoy.
