Fried Egg Tartine with Greens and Pesto Mayo

egg
fried

tablespoon
mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
pesto sauce
homemade or store-bought
Handful of mixed greens
I also added some basil leaves

piece
of bread
toasted
Olive oil

Instructions
Combine the peso and mayo and set aside
If you like, toss the greens in a little olive oil before adding them to the tartine but this is optional.
Toast your bread then spread the pesto mayo, top with mixed greens and finally the egg. Serve warm or at room temperature.
